I know that are some items that can be blessed like Kasa/Spirit of totem/CC... but there are any other?

anything made with cloth(mkp/ari etc) and all boots/shoes i believe

On OSI yes
The very first CUB on OSI had them as a reward
OSI on Siege you could have a blessed item
I don’t think Demise had/has one but you never know what will drop at Christmas Town
