House Decay

House decay is active again right? When i hover over a house sign i do not see an age, do i have some function turned off or do houses with active accounts not have an age listed?
If the account is active or still under the time limit you will NOT see a line under
This is a private house
OR
This house is open to the public
if the account in no longer active or over the time limit you will see 1 of the condition of the house
Like new etc
