Vesper Museum Reward

Logged on last week after a couple year hiatus. Decided to finish donating colored wood to Vesper Museum for the title reward for $800k. Claimed the reward; Vesper museum is showing reward points gone however no title.
Paged in game a couple of days ago but no response. Admin help, please.

You may have to select the title after claiming it from the rewards. Click your character and press "Select Reward Title" in the context menu. You can then click "Next" in the gump until you see your desired title, and click "Accept" to apply it.
