Weapon Mage Question

Can anyone tell me what STR, DEX & INT to have as my stats please?

mage weapon is only for get defens [not parrying] and get properity like 80 skill for free [dont need anatomy and wrestling just need add +20 magery for lost] advatage get + DCI at weapon slot*

aswell ninja-mage attacker, but here need something like HCI + hitspell bonus [weapon with 2sec can be best]

Like he says. Just get 15 dex + CC. Else, even with agi pots, you will be chugging refresh and explode from taking too much liquid! (Actualy, you will refill just too often or carry way too much and die with a ton of extra.)

Is the question regarding "Weapon mage" aka tactics mage, or Mage weapon aka SC-0 Mageweapon -20 builds?
