Google the word ostard. Another interesting thing: if you look at the individual uo guide pages for each type of ostard they say have no slayer vulnerability. However, uostratics calls them birdlike creatures.

I would say no, but related. It's a mythological creature just like the bake kitsune, kappas, and such. They get less coverage than dragons and unicorns, but people claim they existed at one time, or still do.

I don't think Amish farms them. He just has little quirks about uo like not being able to equip glasses and hats at the same time.

Oh I dont care about farming them, i iwas just looking at slayer options because i was bored and saw that. But there is a good reason to farm them. They have pack instinct, so if you get 5 frenzied ones max stats, they shred through things, i prefer hell hounds though.

I know there are alot of creatures based on mythical creatures in this game, never knew about the ostards being one, ive always just called them knock off yoshi because they are so derpy.

As for the quirks, this is very true, I just like to use common sense BUT this game is really old and its hard to change things around when its been so long. I just like to point them out, they make me laugh. Like I have a chest full of chest that are all the same exact size.
