Banner of Vesper from the quest given by the Mayor, you need 10 of the black scrolls that drop from the commanders, its on their corpses
Magical Firework staff is from the Magi that are randomly around the city, its a random drop.

i tried to place my banner of vesper and the deed disappeared but nothing happened, nothing was placed and i dont have the deed anymore...

Thank you kind citizens of Britannia, the undead have all been vanquished, tranquility has returned to our great City and our townsfolk can return to normal.
I will remain at the guard tower until tomorrow, in case anyone still has any scrolls of attack to hand to me.

i <3 that i logged in to refresh houses, and my herald from the 2017 tokens told me the event was on 
played the last 3 or 4 hours, managed to get a banner and 3 staffs
