All bosses are attacked by at least 30 people and survive 10 seconds, so no droop.
All the bosses have a replacement of an hour and a half or more, not counting robot afk super idiots, conclusion? A nice party for a few and not for everyone.

You are wrong. Some bosses last 2-3 minutes. Others can go up to 10-20 minutes. Certain bosses: clawser jr, hyde, and nox last 10-20 seconds.
