Better would be once a month lootery with DS / Arties/ Minors/ and whatever staff have in mind so players would have goal to acumulate money - craft - sell to get more money etc.
my 2 cents
That type of lootery is crafting ofc. but with so low players base even with very low chance the crafting in time would fill all the needs.

i dont mean to be harsh, but im actually really glad people do lose on this, cos i never have the liquid cash to spam on it
all i ever hear about usually is people making bazillions off it
