Just reposting this for everyone, I found it before William was even introduced to the storyline, one of the earlier post said there was a near miss ship crash in Cove, so that got me thinking to go check out over there, so I ran around the water edge and found this ripped piece of paper. Dont know if it will help anyone out, I am currently looking for William now.
