Skill wipe? o.O

Greetings,
i haven't played the shard for about a year(was logging in like 2 months ago, but didn't stay...
Today ive decided to play a little more, so i've logged into my main character and found out that my Animal Taming and Animal Lore skills are wiped so is the skill cap(i remember using at least an Animal Taming PS).

but suddenly i have a hiding 20 and my total skillpoints are 520 (since those two are gone... so there was definitely a wipe... i couldn't use a soulstone to transfer them to another character since i haven't even redeemed my vet rewards yet.

What should i do? leveling up animal taming again isn't the great welcome back greeting

The tamer character you describe is on another account that you haven't yet logged into again. If you lost the account name, you can try using the automated account name retrieval system here. I can see the account is registered to the same email address you used for your forum account.

Its around a year passed since the last time ive played, so yes i could forget having a tamer on another account. I am sorry for disturbing you if that's so.
