Demise is now running from a different location (VA) to hopefully resolve the connection issues since the last move. We performed the move during server wars, so no extra downtime this time.
Clients may need to be restarted before they connect to the new IP (which is 34.234.30.69) automatically.

Thank you for your continued support of UOG: Demise.
i think hes complaining about the 2.5% packetloss or the 2.5% time he gets a spike of 200 ping. Which is funny because he could get packetloss or ping spikes like that pinging anything.

Is Ryan looking into the continuation of issues, or did we all go back on ignore mode?
Do you think it would help if these complaints were on the main forum? If not what about if everyone posted in hybrid chat on the official UOGamers discord? Questions are to @eos or any staff members in the know.

I've told @Selene during a lengthy chat, I want to actually do a shutdown on the Demise instance, change its instance type and bring it back up. This shard is running on Amazon, it's not like it's in some "junk datacenter" or in my basement. I've also sent @Eos an email and would like to get it fixed but havent heard back yet.
We're all busy, but this is not a connectivity issue. I don't believe it's even an instance issue. Demise and Hybrid (save a few small things) run the same core RunUO. They're in the same Amazon VPC, they're in the same network... this problem is not persisting on Hybrid. When these servers with both in Amazon's Ohio region we had similar issues on both shards with disconnects and the like.
I will try to talk to Eos and see if there's something we can do to nail this down but I can assure you, Demise is not having a network problem.
