Can anyone give correct info? Kinda hard to know prices on here as a week old player?

sorry but he is right. Fire resist, and faster casting are not usefull mods on the black staff, so this staff has only 2 usefull mods (even HLD you can get from mace and shield glasses)
maybe usable for a new player, but not good for sale.

On black staff: mana leech/stamina leech/hit area - those 3 mods gives you perfect spawn black staff. Also at least mana + slayer. On quarter staff: mana+slayer, or mana+stamina and one of following: hla, hld, life leech. Also good mod is hit spell. There are probably more usefull combinations, you will see later on forums.
