I could see if it was a smaller plot and on top of that its luna property in a nice spot and nice size. I doubt i would sell it right now but was seeing how bad people would low ball something they would take as high value to them.

I was offered 500 for mine but I'm in one of the best 4 locations.

I sold a 7x7 for 100... like a year and a half ago...

I would say 250-300 is fair a 15x15 sold for 350 and then resell for 400 a week or so later


and a 10x8 (I think) or something similar had a 200ish mil bid

There was like a 6 month period somebody was offering 500kk for any Luna plot and nobody budged so its hard to pinpoint a value for luna

Hey bud your plot is a 12x16 but you could resize to make it a 12x17
