I usually like to find a new player to give mine to if I manage to get one from the events, as it will allow them to ride an ethy for a few weeks. Just sucks that you have to explain to them that they disappear. 
As a PC, it's basically what people are willing to pay for them. I don't think I see them sell for more than 500k.
