well its 5 great mods so very rare, hard to say unless you auction it, also not sure if radiant scimitars are good but if this was double axe id be willing to pay maybe 30m, some would probably go higher but stamina leech is a bit low, thing with whirlwind weapons is you ultimately want area ones and good slayers, but there are situations where this kind of weapon is good, unless radiant scimitar dmg is too low
