its not rly my thing, but im gonna take a guess at a ballpark figure of 30kk

from putting mage suits together for Htown, i think the fcr matters a lot less than the +skills. but you might get someone using some weird stuff to make casting that wants it.

the whole 1/2, 1/3, 0/3, thing matters a lot less now you have things like scrappers and vesper shield. i dont rly think there's a lot of point working out the item combos for it, it's more a matter of it can work with a lot of stuff
