i will be looking for a +skills scrappers soon for my mage. i am wondering what is a good one, and how much i should pay?

in which case how much is recipe?
how much is each craft?
and how good is the drop rate?

Recipe 2m. 2.5 per craft. Manes, taint and corruption take forever because DH keys are slow.

I disagree with the prices people ask for, but I paid I think 7m for +10 resist 12lrc and also 5m for an MR2. Some ppl say +20 skill is worth 75 etc... so idk - all depends who is selling. I'd never pay that much for a scrappers but that's just me
