sadly none of these are really worth mentioning.
bone harvy as a pvp weapon generally needs SC-1 since its mostly for mages, however almost all tactics mage/dexxer weapons will require a hitspell to be effective in pvp. Harm and Lightning are the only hit spells that don't break paralyze blow, so one of those is desired. As far as the third mod is concerned, hit chance.
