it's not terrible, but sad to say most people using inquis with a FC1 ring will probably require the 5th mod.
inquis is roughly 3 mods, this ring is 4 for a total combined of 7 max mods between gloves/ring
it is possible to make 10 total mods using 5 mod crafted gloves, and 5 mod ring.
most people using inquis will use crystalline ring for mage weapon build, otherwise they are already shorting themselves on mods, and will absolutely need the 5th mod ring
LRC makes a bad 4th mod because most people will try to be 100% lrc in their armor pieces.
that being said, maybe 250k as a beginner dexxer ring.
