Looking for a qstaff with these mods at least(ish) 40 Hit Fireball HML, HSL...Would prefer a usuable 4th mod like ssi (1st choice for 4th mod), HLL or HLD

if you have 40+ everything plus 30+ ssi I'd be prepare to spend a min. of 60kk, more the closer it gets to 50
