Brace DI HCI +skills ++++

Hey looking for a brace with DI, HCI and +skills (anat, tactics, chiv, parry, bushido etc) and maybe fc1 would prefer it not to be a weapon skill (mace/fence/swords) for versatility.
Needs at least 17 DI, 12 HCI, and + 14 (ideally 24) skills. FC1 is the ideal 5th mod
Let me know what you got and a price range
