Hey everyone. What's the deal with Lucky Necklaces on this server? I've only ever seen one locked down in a house in Luna, but never for sale on a vendor. Are they really rare? I want one. And yes, I know Leurocian's Mempo Of Fortune has more luck, but I hate mempos. Looking to buy one of those Lucky Necklaces if possible! Thanks for any info!

If it follows the same pattern as quivers, trinkets, and other awesome items that only a handful of people get, then it was most likely given as an event item years ago and not many people have them. [And they are probably very expensive]
