With these new Demise prices I am actually very curious to hear people's current offers on a castle.
Assume its an empty castle, I have 2 Fel Ice Island Castles, and 1 Tram outside of Vesper or something Castle(no spawn).
Understand that I am not desperate to sell at all, so the concept of "what's the lowest amount you'd accept" is not going to apply here.

Ok... so while the replies were very interesting, most of them I couldn't understand however from what I gathered the current high bid for a Tram Castle is currently 100kk. So we will continue the rest of the thread from there.
