Selling Deco / Deco Castle

There is simply too much to want to list at least all at once. I may try to later. For now I wouldn't object to someone buying this thing outright, and losing out a little bit on the investment just to get it gone at once. However I am open to piece it out as well as I am in no hurry. I am also willing to take prospective buyers on a tour through the castle if requested.
