considering luna houses sell 2-3 a year if that they are about the rarest thing you can have, and there is no market on it so i think 500kk is a good price. inquis spawns every single month and its worth 150kk?

First let me start by saying that I know nothing.

It is a small plot

but,

there is nothing to the right of it that can block the sweet sweet customization of it

and,

It is in Luna.

Had I have created this auction, the starting bid would have been 100kk. I think between the rarity and the weird obsession to have the status of the plot, you would have had a bidding war.
