Pretty cool house! To be fair you can walk around, or even teleport off the bridge, he may even have the house set to 'open to the public'...

It's not totally blocking off any area really.. The GM's will likely move it a tile or two back, that is of course if they even exist or care anymore...

Ok I see what you are saying, you assume that the bridge is inaccessible.

The house being public however provides the necessary easement though to keep within the written rules and no one is blocked from using the bridge.

I don't think it is legal even if you set it public.
Anyway, it is not my business, and also as someone else suggested, staff doesn't seems to care at all about what happens with server, so you are probably safe.
