I'm not sure if they can code a localized casting nerf, but I know they can code a localized no pet zone. I personally think it would be a good idea to try until TC is back up.

Make a DS gate at Brit Gate that goes to Occlo with these parameters set.
Make a 5 tile safe zone around the gate dropoff, a can't be attacked for 20 seconds timer with a mandatory 30 seconds required in zone before being able to recall/travel back, or randomize a 20-30 locations dropoff.

@silver creating a localized casting will be pretty difficult and a lot of shit I’m sure will break, it’ll be something they have to work on for awhile. And test extensively.

As per demise osi duels, no one cares it’s 2019 not 2003-5, I started dueling late 2017 and stopped early 2018, shit I’d didn’t start this game until like 2006 lol. So you got the head start, you’ll win most duels vs me, but who gives a fuck about dueling anymore? Literally no one. Most the great duelers have left uo behind, there’s less than a handful now.
Also, I already said I’ll start dueling again when they announce they’re going to implement casting and are completion, until then it’s irrelevant to me.

I think you underestimate people's ability to become great. I think if people practised dueling like they did when I started pvping, people would become great. Literally there was almost always someone at Chaos dueling. Many players had private dueling arenas and they were dueling constantly.
