I'm Using Steam with admin permissions and I get disconnected and they ask me for an authentic code where do I put it

Says I'm having problems negotiating with my UOS Steam, but it is the most recent version.

How do I set it up?

I get disconnected maybe coz of this.

And they gave me an [auth code I don't know where to enter.
