Well what i can tell you till now, the drops has change in Grave Digger (no more trinkets, now drops the 13th Anniversary Statue and 10th Anniversary Horses) and the Noxious Cloud (dont see nobody droping more Harpsichord, but drop dolphin Rug from Britomartis and Tall Lamp from Headless Horseman), ...

Use animate dead in the body, than u can loot the skeleton body, i don't know why, but it solve the problem
