I'm farming coil in tramel and I've noticed rings in coil's loot that are looted by the other player.

I made sure that i'm im tramel, not in guild and not in party.

It's very weird.

U need to make the quest to be able to use it, then u will receive one as a reward. Then u loot the scrolls to fill the book or u can buy them
