I get the message from fighting against ogre lords,so no poison to heal.
Do i need 100 heal on demise for 100% success?

On OSI at 90 skill in healing,but i have 90 and just got the message "they barely help"

Not answering players and afk macroing is the first thing a new player see in haven.
That does not make a good impression on players looking for a new shard.
