UOG: Demise

The current delay for explo pots is 200ms (maybe less with low ping). But for most actions you get a 600ms delay between actions or you will get the "you wait to perform another action" message. I think explo pots must follow the 600ms delay as other actions too.

Not sure if its a bug, but after the recent changes velocity is still hiting the opponent even when an attack is parried.

Mortal should have a cooldown.

Bolas should be nerfed (put a chance to hit the opponent as any other action on pvp).

Riding cu sidhe or other pet shouldn't be allowed for non tamers chars.

Melee weapon's base damage should be way higher than it is.

That should be nerfed as soon as possible. It is unfair with new players who dont have enough account time to run with soul stone. Also, dismount should be nerfed too. Hows that work?
