This is a screenshot of the lower level of Otim's mining cart house, as for how they're stacked, I've no idea.

I have placed a couple carts and would be happy to help you get started.

Edited to give instructions below:

You need an axe, 3 Square Goza mats (made by tailor), "An Interior Decorator" tool and of course your mining carts.

1) You put your three goza mats down in a row (either north-south or east-west)

2) Then you place one mining cart.

3) Next you raise the goza mats with the decorator tool, raise each goza mat 3 times so that they are even again.

4) Place your next mining cart

Rinse and repeat until you get a stack of six high then follow the below step to get your goza mats back and start over on your next stack....

5) When you get to six high you will have to lower the goza mats once or until you don't get the message 'target can't be seen' then you use your axe on the goza mats and they appear in your backpack again, then you put the goza mats down where you want your next stack of mining carts and start back at step 1
