Casting speed of delayed spells or overall casting speed is off.

I went 100 for 100 on demise casting magic arrow then ghealing and being disrupted.


I went 100 for 100 on Osi casting magic arrow then ghealing without being disrupted.


Either the speed of 4th level spells is to slow or there is no random delay in the delayed spell damage from hitting and its actually 1.25 like i said before.

It seems that on OSI the damage ticks after greater heal finishes casting, despite being triggered first and having the same theoretical delay. :| The difference in packets is only 0-2ms.

It should be noted that adding a pause between target self and greater heal as low as 1ms will start triggering disruptions on OSI, just like on Demise. To experience this difference in actual PvP (not a macro) would require almost perfect timing.

The edge case seems not worth it to fix, as it would require timers to be processed in a non-chronological order. In practice, the odds are very low of someone else casting a damage spell on you at the exact same time you begin casting greater heal. If there is even a 1ms difference, Demise is accurate to OSI.

Its current changed casting is not.

And yes at the top level that matters a lot.

There is a reason I'm not the only person to have brought it up. Almost every top duelest from osi who came over and tested the casting all said the exact same thing I did i was just the only person who posted about it besides Josh.

The only reason I even used a script for it on test was I ping 130 to Test center on osi. When I lived in Texas and pinged 50-80 I was able to successfuly cast ma gheal 90%+. I also wanted to take any human error out of the tests to get a true proper test. But i guess human error is probably the reason it ended up the way it did to begin with.
