Working As Intended Enchanted Apple to remove paralyze effect

Hello.

I've been playing ultima online game for some years, I've played on quite a few shards and I never found that when you're paralyzed, you can't use a Enchanted Apple to remove it.
I think this is a bug, but maybe is a custom in this shard.

It would remove paralyze if you could use it, however being paralyzed prevents you from eating the apple.

I just tried on an official shard and it also doesn't let you use an Enchanted Apple when paralyzed:


I cannot find any sources indicating this was different at any point.
