Evil Omen and curse like spells

Evil Omen should work for any damage and non damage spells like curses.
EO should increase the lasting effect of any curse type spells.
Right now if you EO then cast Weaken, EO effect is still on and did not increase the timer of the Weaken then try to cast EO again it fizzle because effect is still on. This a bug.
On OSI if you do EO + Weaken you cant cast weaken again because EO+Weaken was a stronger effect.
