Drop paralyze spell to a undercasting spell target

Whenever you drop a paralyze spell to a target which is casting some spell, you receive a message "target is already frozen".
To reproduce: Get a target without magic resist skill. Cast paralize spell and hold the target. Wait until your target cast any spell (higher circles spells are easier to reproduce). When your target is casting a spell, you drop the paralyze spell. You wont paralyze your target, even though he has no magic resist skill.
