SoS Fishing.... Sort of Bug? But not really?

Soooo... I was doing some SoS's (fishing) and placing boats throughout the seas... As I was trying to get to one of my SoS's, I was trolled by this giant wooden pillared in square area, taking up an area of about 12 x 12 degrees of latitude/longitude. The area is North West of Skara Brae.
But yea... unfortunately my SoS was in the middle of it.
Just thought I would bring it to your attention in case you could "remove the parameters" on the SoS's to not include this area.
I'm not even sure what this area is... since I'm pretty new to the server.
