Moving shot vs elemental damage

Moving shot should not have damage modifier to elemental damage, even if you are using an elemental damage composite/heavy xbow, and/or even if you are wearing a quiver with damage modifier, and/or even on a consecrate weapon buff.

Moving shots should only hit physical damage. The way it is, its so OP.
Damage is always physical regardless of other damage modifiers including Quivers and Consecrate Weapon. meaning it will be reflected by Reflect Physical Damage

It's really bug, yea...

It makes dmg high and archer just will waste 3 mana each moving shot too...

I'm certainly that moving shot/composite has something wrong too... All user have -25 penal and hit a lot more than who plays with bow...

Personally recommend add 25 hci cap to moving shoot.Too brainless for archers moving shot gank.

It will be a custom change,though.

What is custom changes?
Anything that is not osi accurate or past the cutoff.

A custom pvp change is always risky.Osi pvp settings are made by pro gms and tested by a larger player base for a longer time.Casual custom changes are very likely to make pvp balance worse.

However,it doesn't mean there can be no custom changes.Osi is not perfect too.If a custom change is fully discussed and everyone or the majority agrees,we can give it a try.Revert the change if the outcome is not good.Changes always bring new things to pvp.

Back to moving shot,its mechanic becomes a bit op when 70 hci is easy to get.Now archers just press one key and perform comparatively easy ganks against mages.Osi nerfed moving shot after our cutoff.Maybe we should tweak it based on current osi settings.
