I dont understand why it doesnt work with my use best weapon skilll weap i CAN do counter atack and other spell with The use best weapon skill! Évasion doesnt work with use best weapon skill ?

Explain in more detail including current skill and message it gives when you try to use evasion.

If the UBWS weapon is swords you need the skill in swords
