Invalid Guard whack bug

I run into the guardzone as a red and have a 50/50 shot of getting guardwhacked, i wasnt actively attacking any blue, nor could guards be called on me, i literally walled and blocked off 2 dudes between a house and started teleporting with no one on screen and got guardwhacked. Idk what the bug is but it has been weird for guardzone lately.
