hello, looking for a few things

I am looking for a blacksmithy recipe to make the butchers war cleaver..
no where online does it tell you what NPC to go to in heartwood..
also looking for a UOS script to pick up "wild" regs when you walk by them... if there is such a thing..

As far as picking up the regs, how about just adding them on your scavenger and turn them on?

UOS has a scavenger agent in the "Agents" tab.

As for the butcher's war cleaver recipe, I'm pretty sure any Heartwood quest that rewards you with a craftsman's satchel has a chance to have that recipe. It's mostly a matter of doing the quests that are cheapest/fastest and just doing a ton of them, as there are a lot of recipes in the game and the butcher's war cleaver is a rarer one.

also how hard is it to GM a treasure hunter? and what other skills should I pick
