1st. Who cares about trisnic to delete that House?
2nd. The house it self plus Bridge looked nice, i didnt bring any thing to pvp/ pvm etc. Would could work nice for SOME RPG playing.
3rd were there since i started playing here or when i can remember so... just leave it cause of law that allows to take the land if u own it for so many years...

I have used your steps many times. I may have paged about it once, I don't remember, but it's clearly in violation of the rules. If you slack on one rule you might as well slack on them all.

If you need a new house, I can design you one. 2 time award winning house designer!

There is or was a tower bug that allowed you to place them where other houses couldn't be placed.

Also steps on old houses used to not count towards the actual placement of a house.

it's probably that tower uses the base as it's house size, then it has the 2 wings at the top which over hang, and the stairs are 2 spaces instead of 1.

so it will have an extra space on the stairs, and an extra few spaces for the wings at the top - which are not included in the plot. i knew about the wings, but the stairs make sense too i suppose

this is the thing, they're actually a lot nicer than you give them credit for

it's all a bit up to their discretion really, there's a bit of ambiguity in those rules, because the instant ban offences are below the punitive measures bit. it says outlined above, so are the instant ban offences not up to staff discretion? but it's a different sentence, and says 'all' cases.

i would say those offences are the only ones which might give you a permanent ban, and staff have discretion in all cases. i would also say this does not qualify as serious, although it is exploiting game mechanics to a detrimental effect, the traffic isn't high enough for it to effect a lot of people

it's not a bug, it's an exploit of the tower's unique design... tbh that rule is kinda dodgy, cos a lot of things are exploits, and a lot of things have detrimental effects lol

but your case is actually what it means.

you're just gonna get jailed for a bit and the house dropped... then they'll put a no housing zone around the bridge
