Hi Skrillex,
Alchemy Recipes can be obtained at Heartwood or Sanctuary by Obtain Quest. Those Quests are:
Heartwood City - NPC Quest Giver
Tillanil the Wine Tender & Tholef the Grape Tender
- Message in a Bottle = 50x Empty Bottle (1 Sand each or Buying at NPC Alchemist for 5gp each)
Sanctuary City - NPC Quest Giver
Dallid the Cook
- Waiting to be Filled = 20x Empty Bottle (1 Sand each or Buying at NPC Alchemist for 5gp each)
Look carefully, there's a big difference between those 2 Quests: 50 vs 20 Empty Potions... I normally take the longer run to Sanctuary City to benefit to discount of 30 Empty Potions there!
