Does luck play a factor in how often these will drop from a paragon for you?

I figured it did. Haha even with luck mines still terrible. don't have much still got a newbish suit lol

Yeah man I have over 600 luck on Itsu and I farm them from time to time with bushido and mostly pull the chests. I have gotten maybe ten in last couple weeks and one backpack arty drop.

The % chance is terrible I think it is somewhere around 2-3% with 610 luck

Ah wow. So my 139 luck - 100kkk for my general lack of luck, means I'll be dead before my first drop.
