Oz has a long history of scamming people. Its "funny" he decided to use casino to scam you - not so long ago he complained about a similar situation...

It was less than two days ago ajani wished my suit would drop, when you wish bad things on other people you gotta live with the fact karma might just fuck you or someone you care about instead. I say this good chance to learn a lesson about wishing bad shit on other people.
