Castles and keeps

Why is it I see castles and keeps in Malas but if I find a spot that will hold one it says castles and keeps can’t be created here even though I walk a screen away and see one?

They were once able to be placed in Malas. They no longer are.

Honestly housing needs to be fixed , when an IDOC happens you can’t place a house in that area! Just says housing cannot be placed here which is fucked up

No it’s not , I’m not talking about lord brittish rights ! I’m talking about all the open housing placements that cannot be places !
