Balanced Property
I have been farming lots of monsters and I have checked everyone archery weapon I see and not one time have I seen the balanced property. UO guide says its should be found as loot, anyone ever noticed a bow with the balanced property not from runic crafting?

As far as I know, this has been going on since pub 81 on osi shards (spring 2013)
