Can anyone explain the procedure for IDOCS ... how long each stage is etc etc please.

I don't know what order the stages are but here are the stages slightly somewhat fairly greatly idoc and 1 other I forget the name

1. Like New
2. Slightly Worn
3. Somewhat Worn
4. Fairly Worn
5. Greatly Worn
6. In Danger Of Collapsing


Do we have
Demolition Pending
If we do that is number 7

yes but only if there is a vender that is not the owners

IDOC Stages
Like New - 36 minutes
Slightly Worn - 29 hours and 24 minutes
Somewhat Worn - 30 hours
Fairly Worn - 30 hours
Greatly Worn - 24 hours
In Danger Of Collapsing - 4-8 hours randomly

Its when house is colapsing but there are still vendors with money ;p
Check on uoguide but i think it will go in colapse phase when vendors use all their money.
