GM ingame support

Hi,
do we have ingame support via the paperdoll help button ?
There are these functions:
"general question about ultima online"
"my character is physically stuck in the game"
"another player is harassing me"
"other"

Do you need GM support for all those things listed?

Not true
Sometimes you get a GM or 2 online that would rather pick a fucking banjo instead of answering a page.

Can't blame them. Banjo picking is more enjoyable than answering pages.

Currently I have no problems.
At some point later I would have a question about an empty uninhabited house that does not want to decay.
Perhaps something does not work with this plot.
